child is taken ill or has an accident. We understand these concerns
and have procedures in place to deal with any such eventualities. Staff
are first aid trained and are able to treat minor cuts and bruises.
Should a more serious accident take place, the parents will be contacted
immediately.
What if my child is ill and cannot attend the Club?
If your child misses time at the Club due to illness, unfortunately
no refund can be made.
What if children behave badly?
Skidoo Kids Club staff concentrate on encouraging good behaviour in
children and usually when children are happy and busy, there is not
a problem. Children are always advised as to what is expected of them
at the Club and our staff are trained to deal with inappropriate behaviour.
On the rare occasion when a child’s behaviour does not respond
and compromises the other children, we reserve the right to exclude
a child from the Club.
